Hiring Microfinance Officers

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

A Microfinance Officer (MFO) serves as a front-line worker in the operations of the ASA Philippines Foundation. Working under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager. A Microfinance Officer has direct contact with the clients on a daily basis.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Recruit and manage clients

* Providing financing to clients to help them grow their businesses

* Developing new client relationships

* Managing existing client relationships through daily group meetings

* Handling loan disbursements, collections, and documentation

QUALIFICATION

 

* Male / Female

* Willing to work with poor communities located outside of one’s province, region, or municipality

* Willing to drive a motorcycle

* At least Senior High School (K12) graduate, Vocational Course, College graduate, or at least 72 units in college (with any courses)
